Bad weather forced organizers to cancel Sunday's final round, and more rain was forecast for Monday, so officials ended the event with a play-off between the two 54-hole leaders.
It was Smotherman's second PGA Tour title. He won in Utah earlier this month, making it back-to-back wins in as many starts. Power, the 2022 champion, finished as runner-up, which effectively guarantees him a PGA Tour card for 2027.
